Your tasks
- You research new companies, multipliers and relevant contacts in our target markets on a daily basis and establish initial relationships.
- You know how to build positive customer relationships and lead them to a deal in a targeted manner. To inspire customers, you sometimes pick up the phone, and with eloquence and a professional cover letter, you manage to convince the addressee with ease.
- You process incoming inquiries promptly and guide prospective customers through the entire buyer's journey until the deal is closed. You keep a constant eye on your sales pipeline and independently initiate outbound activities to ensure you achieve your sales targets.
- You will get to know a modern sales methods and toolset and continuously develop your professional skills, documenting all information, documents and activities in our CRM system.
- You will represent our company at specialist events and trade fairs in the D-A-CH region and contribute your own suggestions for improving our sales methodology.
What we expect
- You have at least 3 years of B2B sales experience in the software / SaaS environment, especially in new customer acquisition / outbound sales.
- You are confident in using CRM tools and have first-class communication and presentation skills.
- You have a degree or vocational training in the commercial, digital, marketing or IT sector. Specialist knowledge in logistics would be a particular plus.
- You look forward to personal customer contact and occasional business trips.
- You are business fluent in German and speak good English to master any customer discussions.
- You scrutinize our existing sales methodology and contribute your own suggestions for improvement.
- A strong hands-on mentality rounds off your profile.
