He brings this wealth of experience to his role as CEO at SmartMakers today. With love and passion, he drives the mission to provide the industry with a real alternative to management by gut feeling and fragmented data. A solution that enables real-time tracking and appropriate management of operations.

In addition to his role as CEO, Sebastian is the visionary behind the SmartMakers solution. The product vision originates from him. His signature is still evident in the product today. Ensuring it stays that way is important to him: He continues to work closely with the development team, refines the roadmap, and ensures that the product remains true to its promise, even as it grows.

As CEO, he sets the guidelines for the strategic development of the company, observes market movements in IoT, Industry 4.0, and process automation, and assesses what is truly relevant for SmartMakers customers.
