Pascal Hofmann

At SmartMakers, Pascal is responsible for the delivery team and thus the area where a consulted solution becomes a productive system. What distinguishes him in this role: He quickly recognizes connections and can accurately translate customer requirements into a technological implementation, even when the requirement is initially still vague.

It is precisely this ability to mediate between technical requirements and implementation that characterizes his work in day-to-day business. He thinks ahead, questions where necessary, and ensures that the solution not only fits on paper but also in practice.

Pascal is the first point of contact for all technical inquiries from our customers – from initial architecture questions to integration topics and specific questions about hardware, interfaces, and the operation of the solution.

Together with his team, he accompanies the roll-out of the SmartMakers solution at the customers: from technical planning through commissioning to stable regular operation. His goal is that the handover to the customer is not an abrupt cut, but a smooth transition to a solution that is truly integrated into the company.
