Item return

As a commercial customer you have the possibility to return original packed, unused and unopened articles within 14 days after receipt of the products. If you wish to make use of this option, please contact your personal contact person or our customer service shop@smartmakers.de

Loss of shipment & transport damage

If you as a commercial customer have not received one of our packages or a complete delivery, please inform your transport insurance. If you are not insured yourself, you can instruct us to investigate the whereabouts of the delivery and, if necessary, to settle a claim with the commissioned forwarding agent on your behalf. We will charge you 45 EUR for this services. Please note that as a rule only damages up to a maximum of 500 EUR will be reimbursed.
